·4 salmon fillets skin-on
·3 tbsp white miso paste
·2 tbsp honey
·1 tbsp soy sauce
·1 tbsp rice vinegar
·1 tsp sesame oil
·1 clove garlic grated
·Sesame seeds and scallions
1.Whisk miso, honey, soy, vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic.
2.Coat salmon fillets and marinate 30 minutes.
3.Preheat broiler to high.
4.Place salmon on a foil-lined pan skin-side down.
5.Broil 8-10 minutes until glaze is caramelized and salmon flakes.
6.Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
