·2 lbs pork butt or shoulder
·1 cup BBQ sauce
·1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
·1/2 cup chicken broth
·1 tsp smoked paprika

Steps

1.Place the pork in the slow cooker.
2.Whisk together BBQ sauce, vinegar, broth, and paprika; pour over the pork.
3.Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until it pulls apart with a fork.
4.Shred the meat, removing any excess fat, and stir back into the sauce before serving.
