·1 cup crushed pineapple drained

·Cream cheese frosting: cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt
1.Whisk dry ingredients. Beat oil and sugar, then eggs.
2.Fold in dry ingredients, then carrots, pineapple, and pecans.
3.Divide into three 8-inch pans. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
4.Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt.
5.Frost cooled layers generously.
6.Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
