Ingredients

·1.5 lbs beef sirloin sliced thin
·Suya spice: 1/2 cup ground roasted peanuts, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp salt
·Peanut oil for brushing
·Sliced onion, tomatoes, and fresh chiles to serve

Instructions

1.Combine all suya spice ingredients.
2.Thread beef strips onto skewers.
3.Brush with peanut oil and coat generously in suya spice.
4.Grill over high heat or charcoal 3-4 minutes per side.
5.The exterior should be slightly charred and crispy.
6.Serve with sliced raw onion, tomatoes, and cold beer.
