1.1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained
2.1/2 cup fresh parsley
3.1/4 cup fresh cilantro
4.1 small onion, chopped
5.2 cloves garlic
6.1 tsp cumin
7.1/4 cup flour
8.Oil for frying
1.Pulse chickpeas, herbs, onion, garlic, and cumin in a food processor until coarse.
2.Mix in flour. Form into small balls.
3.Heat oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
