Cheesy, soft tortellini baked in a rich tomato sauce. It’s faster than boiling pasta and results in a much more flavorful, unified dish. Leave out the pepperoni if you want a vegetarian dish. Or add smoked sausage for a meaty dish.

·1 bag (19 oz) frozen cheese tortellini
·1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
·1 cup water
·2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
·1/2 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a 9x13 baking dish, combine frozen tortellini, sauce, and water.
3.Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
4.Remove foil, sprinkle with mozzarella and pepperoni, and bake for another 10 minutes uncovered.
