Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: April 17, 2026 · Effective date: April 1, 2026

The short version: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know what we collect, correct it, delete it, and opt out — regardless of where you live. Email privacy@flayvrr.com to exercise your rights.

1. Our Commitment

Valoria Ventures, LLC, doing business as Flayvrr ("Flayvrr," "we," "our," or "us"), does not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. We believe that trust is the foundation of a community of cooks, and selling your data would undermine that trust.

This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), as well as similar rights under Nevada, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut law. It describes how Flayvrr handles personal information and how you can exercise your rights.

2. What "Sell" and "Share" Mean

2.1 Under California Law

The CCPA broadly defines "sale" to include disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" refers to disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not in exchange for value.

2.2 What We Do Not Do

We do not sell or share your personal information under either of the definitions above. Specifically, we do not:

2.3 What We Do

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Platform — including cloud hosting (Supabase) and email delivery (SendGrid) — and only under contracts that restrict their use of your data to providing those services. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of circumstances in which your data may be disclosed.

3. Your Rights Under California Law

California residents have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA. You may exercise these rights at any time without fear of discrimination or reduced service.

3.1 Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose: (a) the categories of personal information we have collected about you, (b) the categories of sources from which the information was collected, (c) the business or commercial purpose for collecting the information, (d) the categories of third parties with whom we share the information, and (e) the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

3.2 Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. We will comply with verified requests, except where we are legally required to retain the information (for example, to comply with tax or legal obligations) or where it is necessary to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, or exercise free speech rights.

3.3 Right to Correct

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. Most profile information can be corrected directly through your account settings.

3.4 Right to Opt Out

You have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not engage in these practices, no opt-out action is required on your part — but you may submit a request at any time for our records, and we will confirm in writing.

3.5 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. Flayvrr does not use sensitive personal information (as defined by the CPRA) for any purpose other than providing the Platform services you have requested.

3.6 Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. Specifically, we will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.

4. How to Exercise Your Rights

4.1 Submitting a Request

To exercise any of the rights described above, please email privacy@flayvrr.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request". In your email, please include:

4.2 Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and respond substantively within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we need additional time (up to a further 45 days), we will notify you in writing with the reason for the extension.

4.3 Verification

To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We typically verify identity by confirming access to the email address associated with your account and, if necessary, asking you to confirm specific details about your account activity. We will not use personal information collected for verification purposes for any other purpose.

5. Authorized Agent Requests

You may authorize another person or business to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. An authorized agent must provide: (a) proof of your written authorization (such as a signed permission statement), (b) evidence that the agent is a registered California business if applicable, and (c) sufficient information for us to verify your identity directly. We may decline authorized agent requests that do not meet these requirements.

6. Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents have the right under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A to opt out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties. Although Flayvrr does not sell personal information, Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request to privacy@flayvrr.com for our records.

7. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Other State Rights

Residents of Virginia (under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act), Colorado (under the Colorado Privacy Act), Connecticut (under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act), Utah, and similar jurisdictions have privacy rights that generally mirror those described in Section 3, including rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising and sale.

To exercise these rights, follow the process in Section 4. We do not discriminate between residents of different states in how we handle these requests — all verified privacy requests are treated with the same care, regardless of the law that applies.

If your state law provides additional rights, we will honor those rights to the extent required by applicable law. You may also have the right to appeal a denial of your request; appeal instructions will be provided in any denial notice.

8. Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we will honor opt-out preferences signaled by your browser or device through Global Privacy Control (GPC) or equivalent mechanisms. Because we do not sell or share personal information, GPC signals result in an automatic confirmation that no such processing occurs.
